Mark Lafferty and his team had been servicing the Dallas-Fort Worth area for over 20 years when they opened their new location in 2018. Mark found Shopfuel in his search for an effective way to remarket to his existing customers as well as reach new ones. 

We developed custom audiences for The Interior’s previous customers and ran Facebook, Instagram and Google ads directly to that audience informing them of the new Dallas location. 

Next, using Facebook’s Lookalike Audiences we were able to find new Dallas customers who are a 99% characteristic match of The Interior’s previous customers. 

Lastly, we use Google search ads to target local customers searching for: 

  • The services The Interior offers (Interior Design, Home Staging, etc.)
  • The types of products The Interior carries (Lighting, Rugs, Art, Fine Furniture, etc.) 
  • The brands of products The Interior Carries (Hunter Douglas, Theodore Alexander, etc.) 
  • The Interiors local competitors (whenever someone searches for their competition, The Interior’s Ad is seen first.)

Shopfuel’s advanced retargeting campaigns have increased the effectiveness of Turquoise Tuesday’s Facebook and Instagram product ads. However, our team has found the best ROAS for Turquoise Tuesday from Google Ads. By leveraging Google Shopping Ads and Google Text Ads, we have been able to deliver high intent cold traffic for just $0.58 per click. In addition, we effectively retarget website traffic using dynamic product ads on Gmail, YouTube and the Display Network. 

Each month our ads bring Turquoise Tuesday hundreds of website purchases, tens of thousands  of dollars in sales, and an 8X ROAS.
